Account Deletion
This page explains how to delete your Sessio account and what happens to your data.

Delete your account in the app
You can delete your account directly in Sessio:
- 1 Open Settings
- 2 Open Profile
- 3 Tap Delete Account
- 4 Confirm deletion
If you cannot access your account, email us at [email protected] and include the email/username used in Sessio.
Important before deletion
- Account deletion can be blocked if you have upcoming lessons/sessions.
- You may need to cancel or complete upcoming lessons before deletion can proceed.
What gets deleted or anonymized
When deletion is completed, Sessio removes your account and deactivates personal profile access. We also delete or anonymize personal references in operational records where possible.
- Account login and profile access are removed.
- Personal links in historical records are removed or replaced with placeholder identity where needed.
- Invites/connections are removed or anonymized as applicable.
What may be retained
Some records may be retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, and compliance reasons, including:
- Historical booking/session records
- Payment and transaction metadata
- Security/audit logs retained for limited operational purposes
Where possible, retained records are kept with minimized or anonymized identity data.
Processing time
- In-app deletion is processed as part of the account deletion flow.
- If manual support is needed, we process requests as quickly as possible and generally within 30 days, subject to legal requirements and account verification.
